Your follow up appointments will last up to 40minutes and will include reassessment, review of exercises, any appropriate manual treatment techniques and progression of your exercise programme as necessary. 

 

Should you need onward referral at any point throughout treatment then we have good links with local GP practices and private consultants in Aberdeen that we are able to link up with to provide you the best ongoing treatment.
