If you would like to book an appointment we have two methods:

You can ring our receptionist on 01358 727802 Mon-Thurs 9-430pm to book an appointment. Our receptionist will ask you to provide a very brief summary of the issue, they will also ask if you have an email address, this ensures we can send you out a confirmation of your appointment via email. Please advise them at this stage if you have private medical insurance.
